Cannot link GCN <-> GBA

I'm trying to use Tingle Tuner in ZWW and I tried a lot of tutorials and versions, but it's simple never works.
Could someone please send me a link with the versions of Dolphin and VBA-M that are compatible with this?
I know that the recent ones doen't run, but I tried to find VBA-M r947 but I can't find too

Ps.: I don't matter about speed, I just need tingle in few parts of the game and I can activate/deactivate tingle, I just need some tingle bombs

I saw this, but I think that Higan compability are not released, it is?
Or there's a new version with this feature (I don't like the post 4.0.2 releases, so long I use DX9 and it was been dropped down in newst releases )

It is unreleased at this time, but, when it is eventually merged, it's not going to be put into 4.0.2.

You should really consider using the latest versions, they are faster than the older ones considerably in most situations. If you do have performance issues that are worse than 4.0.2, I'm sure other forum users would be happy to help you.

As far as I know, the Tingle Tuner is not compatible with the VBA <-> Dolphin GBA emulation.
