Cannot library gc game

From 5.0-997~1012 the gc game cannot add folder to library please fix it thanks everyone for this great app

We're aware of the issue, but because there aren't really any active Android developers right now, I'm not sure when it will get fixed. That's a shame, since it breaks Dolphin on Android phones in such a big way.

Sorry. I don't have any idea how this happens. But IMO we should not revert this PR as having a working buildchain is more important as a working build. With the first, someone may fix the second, the other way around isn't that likely...
