Cannot get Wiimote Netplay to work with New or Newer super mario bros wii

Well we just used the emulated wiimotes. Could it be one of our settings that causes desync anywhere? I showed everything in the video maybe twas something in hacks?

Nakusoo: Can you make sure neither player has SD cards inserted in the options/configuration/Wii menu? I found out that the SD reading isn't exactly netplay safe.
