Pretty much this. The Wiimotes communicate with lot of data to bluetooth and non-Class 1 dongles aren't as great at distance and data transfer as Class 1 or PCI-Express Bluetooth.
The only solution is to play with 1-2 wiimote (depending on how badass is your Class 2 Bt) or buy new Class 1 bluetooth dongle (cheaper) or PCI-E (Badassery
).
