Have you tried Toshiba BT Stack yet ?
Note that the Bluetooth Dongle's quality is also important . If you have "class 1" certified BT dongle , you can connect up to 4 wiimotes . The other dongle only connect 1 or 2 wiimotes (2 wiimotes will show up but 1 might disconnect when you play Dolphin)
