I am running a:
Phenom II x4 955 BE
4Gb Kingston DDR2
Sapphire ATI radeon HD 5550 1Gb DDR3
Seagate Barracuda SATA HDD

I have all my drivers installed and updated and I also have DirectX 11 which I just installed today

I cannot for the life of me figure out why I cannot get dolphin to run at more than 31 fps during game play

I have tried mario party 7 and mario kart double dash

can anyone please help

Use the Direct3D9 gfx plugin and the EFB copy to texture option.
Those 2 give most people a big speedup.
