Cannot download dolphin properly (SVN 3972)

Ok so i know how everything works ive used the same system before, but i saw a new build, after clicking all the links i was supposed to and getting to the download page, i choose the 32 bit bit version, then it says it has been queued and ready to download, i press the link that says "ready for download"then save file.... and i get a 5kb file. when i try and open it it fails on a command prompt. i try again and this time i get a 200 byte file which also fails.

im using firefox 3.5.2 no addons, no download managers

help?
