Cannot complete scrubbing sirena beach in SMS

okay so i tried dolphin 3.0 and 3.0-586
3.0-the level has that timer glitch and i can complete the level instantly. EFB to texure seems to get rid of the goo in this version but not the more recent ones
3.0-586-when i finish cleaning the goo the timer keeps going
my IR is usually 1.5x(80% speed) with EFB to ram checked. 2x for 3.0(98% speed) since ram and texure gives the same results i can use texure and get that speed
i forgot to mention i have lock threads to cores checked
