So far, you have called the people that might be able to help "planet-sized douches" and "neck beards". Remember: Anyone who can help you is a /volunteer/. Yeah, don't go brown nosing, but demanding answers isn't really the right way to go. This certainly doesn't encourage people to put in their own time to help you.
