My laptop has a not bad integrated bluetooth adapter, but I want to get a better experience using various wii-remotes and better audio.
Also I want to connect a WiiU pro pad to my PC (I will need to install Toshiba track and I don't know if my build-in adapter will work fine with it).

The answer for the 2 problems is buying an official Toshiba adapter, but I don't know where to find a good one.
Is this acceptable? It looks too tiny...

Technically the Toshiba Stack is still superior, but on Windows 8+ the standard MS Bluetooth stack is perfectly fine now!

I'd suggest you look for Class 1 bluetooth dongle. It's bigger in size but more powerful.
