Sorry to revive this old thread. Were you able to run custom textures? I'm using the Shield TV with the nightly Dolphin but can't get Zelda OOT to run with this custom textures. I tried willylemke's suggestion but it crashes before it boots the game.

Custom textures works fine on SHIELD TV.
