No. That cpu is very weak. It could play some lightweight games decently playable but you'll want an i5-3570k or i5-4670k for fullspeed gaming on demanding titles, or an i3 for just the games you listed.
Edit:
I'm building a system for a similar price that yours would cost. Give me a few minutes and I'l post it.
Edit#2:
Case
Cpu
Gpu
Ram
Psu
Mobo
HDD
Without shipping the price $502. That will be able to run many games. Unfortunately it's only a dual core which means no LLE audio, but for 500 bucks it's the best I could do. It will be able to run many games with HLE fullspeed.

Athlon II x4 750k is kinda confusing
It's not Athlon but an APU trinity chip (A10 5800k / A8 5600k) without integrated graphic
That i3 is a bit faster than Athlon II x4 750k but if he overclock the Athlon , it will beat the i3
@Op if you're a low budget , you may get Athlon II x4 760k which is APU Rickland (A10 6800k / A8 6600k) without integrated graphic
if you overclock Athlon II x4 760k , i3 will be left in the dust

Thank you, I saw Athlon II and I was really confused. I agree, buy a fm2 motherboard and the athlon II and overclock it.

Can't access scan.co.uk for now . I may be able to build the best PC for Dolphin for £600 , i think you should wait
FX 6300 is mid range which is slower than A10 6800k in Dolphin , i5 4670k is high end
Since the first build is very low budget : $400 , I couldn't recommend high-end parts for Dolphin
Edit : OK
i5 4670k - £189.78
Gigabyte Z87 HD3 - £94.64
Seasonic S12II 520W Japanese Caps - £58.22
Enermax White Ostrog ATX Midi Tower with USB 3.0 - £43.18
Sapphire HD 7750 GDDR5 - £74.12
Noctua NH-L9i Aftermarket Cooler -£34.99
Arctic MX-4 Aftermarket Thermal Compound - £4.46

Total cost : £499.33
Ram , DVD , Windows , Wireless Card I leave them to you to decide
i5 4670k is top of the line CPU for Dolphin . See Dolphin Benchmark - light weight game : Zelda WW
