Yes i know my other thread asking if my pc can run dolphin is up, but this is my other pc. It is quite different so i thought it would be best to just create another thread for it.

Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X4 820 Processor 2.80 GHz
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
RAM: 6.00 GB
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4200, Its built in

I will be using Dolphin Emulator Version 3.5, and i will be playing Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 and Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword.

First question is, can my PC run these games at a decent FPS as it is?
Second question, if not, can i run these games at a decent fps (30-50) without getting a different processor, with only replacing my graphics card? And if so, what graphic card would you recommend, my budget is around 75$.

Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks for reading!

Both of those games are too demanding to get fullspeed with your processor.

They're also going to be too much for that GPU, even at 1x IR.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Dolphin is more cpu dependent, but as said, you really need a new graphics card, you could also try overclocking the cpu, but if the card is bottlenecking the cpu at 1x, you still wont get any speedup.
......?????
