You should start with 3.8Ghz
He probably didn't check his voltages, I have A screenshot of A friend and like 5 videos on youtube that show me the CPU @4.2GHZ, CPU working 100% fine with max temp of 50 which is not bad at all. His min temp was 31, all on A stock cooler. Ofcourse I'm not immediately gonna go to 4.2 lol (even though it should let me, I'd rather not take A risk). If you know your voltages, your CPU temp, your case temp and have good airflow in your case this should be no problem what-so-ever (AND ofcourse A good heatsink, the best budget heatsink is the CM 212 Evo IMO). I've switched to A bottom mounted PSU case with front/back intake/exhaust fans respectively for nice airflow (intake/heatsink/exhaust). Silverstone always has good cases, even on the cheapest of the cheap. Only thing I'm worried about is the fan noise, guess only time can tell!
