Since dolphin is a dual core application , Pentium Sandy Bridge will perform better
Pentium Sandy Bridge is similar to core i3 2nd gen without hyperthreading . Then again bulldozer is likely Pentium 4 with 8 cores
This PC is built for more than dolphin emulator, and I've just heard that the phenom II X4 965 runs stable @ 4.2GHz... on A stock cooler. LOL. Guess I was wrong
. Can go up to 4.5GHz with A good CPU cooler, which I have.If there is A better quad-core CPU than the 965, name one. I haven't bought the CPU yet.
Edit: ofcourse it has to be A budget CPU, so no bloody i5 2500k. That thing will cost me 100EU extra.
