Can this PC play any game on Dolphin with good FPS?

I'm talking about performance per core which is 2 cores vs 2 cores , not 2 cores vs 4 cores
Since dolphin is a dual core application , Pentium Sandy Bridge will perform better
Pentium Sandy Bridge is similar to core i3 2nd gen without hyperthreading . Then again bulldozer is likely Pentium 4 with 8 cores
Edit : You check single core benchmark when it come to emulation .
