Get Phenom II instead of Athlon though Phenom II is nothing compare to Core i series (Again , Dolphin doesn't support quad core)
Wow such A simple answer, and one person that tells me this. Thank you. I have just the right CPU for that, it will ofcourse cost me A bit more (10 euro's extra for the CPU and another 8 euro's for the MOBO). Bringing my rig cost to 315 euros. Going for:
Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
Cpu: AMD FX-4100 @ 3.6GHZ stock
Changed the case to A full ATX one, one less casefan support same price.
The CM Evo 212 should be able to cool the FX-4100 fine right? I do hear the 4100 uses quite allot of power.
I am actually liking this build more, for A very low add on cost

Edit: BTW the CM Elite series PSUs are very bad, it might look like not A big deal @ the start but it could take out half of your system, and you will inevitably pay more for your yearly bill. I could explain to you how it works, but I think I would need 3 pages to explain why you should buy A certain PSU. You should look it up, A PSU is important
