I'm getting a new PC soon. I'm looking at this one. Could that machine run Dolphin? I intend to play Metroid Prime & Metroid Prime 2 on it.

Got it; I'l look for something with a Core i7.

EDIT: I'm probably going to find myself checking potential purchases here often.

If you plan on doing tasks that can use multiple cores, then go with an i7 (which are almost all quad-core) with a high turbo boost (3.3-3.5 I would say) if you want to run most games full speed with HLE audio. However, if you don't intend on doing a ton of multitasking, video decoding, etc., or plan on using the machine for Dolphin, I would get an i5 or i3 dual core, which will actually run Dolphin slightly better than a quad core i7 or i5.
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz
Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5

Yes. Although it would be better if you build one yourself and overclocked.
