Can The latest MacBook Pro run Dolphin?

I'm planning on getting the Baseline Retina MacBook Pro and was wondering if it would be able to play games such as Mario Kart and SSBB at reasonable speeds. The specs for the machine are as follows:

2.7 GHz Intel i5 dual core processors. Up to 3.1 GHz when turbo-boosted. 
Intel Iris Graphics 6100
8gb Ram

If the CPU can run at 3.1GHz all the time without throttling then yes

Did you get it in the end? For future search reference, unfortunately the Iris 6100 (and 6200) will run Dolphin with the right CPU but don't expect to up the internal resolutions by much. Aka it will run great as a regular Wii, but won't cut it for higher internal resolutions.
