Can't use real wiimote with latest dolphin (3.0-766 for OSX)

I just download the latest version of dolphin hours ago, trying to connect my real wiimote with my Macbook but failed.

The guide on official site told me "press Pair Up then press the "1" and "2" buttons on your wiimote", but I can't find any "Pair Up" button in the wiimote config menu, there's just a "Refresh" button... So how can I use real wiimote to play games?

On OS X, refresh does both for you. Just hit refresh while holding 1 and 2.

If you're running 10.8 Mountain Lion, be aware that Real Wiimote support is broken until the devs decide to accept that patch that's been sitting on the issue tracker for a while now. But otherwise, Axxer's right.
