Due to my growing interest in programming, I wanted to experiment with game files and replace models, textures and music.
After learning how to rip my own games, I wanted to modify the contents of "SpongeBob SquarePants: Revenge of the Flying Dutchman." (Change the music, retexture and add custom models.) Unfortunately, if you couldn't tell already, I am a novice with modding and was immediately halted with all of the obscure file types within the root folder. (Which is most likely obvious to most of the people that read this.)
File types such as:
.thp
.sgc
.tsc
.DGC
.NGC
.h4m
Is there any way to open these packed files or do I have the completely wrong approach to begin with?
Again, I am very new to this and don't know much on the subject. If anyone has any suggestions, pointers or alternatives, please let me know.
Thank you.
