Can't Throw in Splinter Cell 1

Hi,
I am Running Splinter Cell 1 on Current 5.0-6022 Build on my Note 8. Everything's Beautifully Rendered just like the PC, but I have One Problem with the Controls. I am Unable to THROW Cans & Bottles in order to create distractions, which if I remember correctly is an important aspect of the Game. I read some stuff that said "Press X" but all that does is change my Posture on GameCube. Hitting R Pulls out my Pistol & drops the Object back down to the Ground. I am using the Touch Screen Controls, but I also have a BT Pad, which produces the Same Results. Can Anyone Help with this Matter? Thanks in Advance.

Okay, when you first pick up an object, try holding down or long pressing the R button instead. That should allow you to throw it.

Ohhh Wow Hey Thanks! It Takes some Playing with, But that's how to Do it! I Played this on PC when it 1st came out, so I never had this problem. It's So AMAZING to be Playing this on my Cell Phone!

Yes, I have SC2 working Good on my Note 8  . The only hang-up is that it doesn't play the cutscenes on them. But the gameplay has been Flawless! & Guess What? As of Build 5.0-6033 SP3: CHAOS THEORY is Now Playable! I was trying for weeks to tweak the settings, but the new Android Release fixed it Perfectly!  So Enjoy!

Hi guys. Sorry to revive a dead thread but it seems that long press is broken on Android for the R button. I have this exact same issue. I remember it worked once but now it doesn't.
