Can't run Debugger

[Shin]

I created a shortcut. IN the target: I put this "J:\Emulation\Wii\Dolphin\4710 for tales of graces\Dolphin.exe"-d. But it didn't work. It says window cannot find the path or something. I can't run it from command line because Windows won't go to another drive expect where the drive windows is installed in.
