I've been using the latest Dolphin Flatpack version on the Steam Deck. It runs great, but if my controller disconnects from the Steam Deck when I walk away or sleep the system, it can't reconnect to the game. It reconnects to Steam just fine, but not the running Dolphin game.
If I leave the game open and go to Dolphin -> Configuration -> Controllers, the controller is still recognized by Dolphin. But the game will not recognize any input. Even the normal controls on the Steam Deck don't work in the game. The only thing to do is to quit the game entirely.
Things I've tried:
- Nintendo Switch Pro Controller
- Gullikit KK2 Pro Controller
- Disabling and Enabling Steam Input
- evdev
- SDL
- Reordering controllers in Steam Input
- Turning on and off Bluetooth from settings
- Launching the game directly from Dolphin
Below, I made a video of the bug:

Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can fix it? I'm happy to post logs, try other controllers or workarounds or see if I can reproduce it here on my Linux Desktop.
