Can't read/find pad(Bad Dolphin rev?)

I'm new to Dolphin, so I don't really know which revs are the best.
I downloaded the latest versions (As I think this is the latest) Dolphin SVN 3661. But when ever I want to start a game, an error comes up saying "Can't init any pad plug ins" after that, it says "Couldn't init the core, check your configuration" When I want to configure the pads, and select one, there isn't even a single pad to select..Neither can I select any wii-remote option/pads.
Its weird, because every plug-in is located in the same folder, but it just doesn't read it or something..

Maybe this is a bad rev? I don't know..

Dolphin SVN 366
OS: Vista 32 bit

-The DirectX March 2009 Runtime: This fixes the plugin loading errors
