Hey guys. For whatever reason I can't post from Safari 7 on OS X 10.9 in the forums. It keeps giving an error:The message is missing. Please enter a message.
Even when I type in the message. When I hit Post Thread or Preview Post it displays the above error and clears the textbox.
Any ideas?

Dunno about the latest version of Safari or Mavericks, but I get issues with Safari on iOS if I use this sites Editor tab for making posts. Using the Source tab has always worked for me. If that still doesn't work for you, using another browser, while not an ideal solution, really isn't too great a hassle. Firefox or Chrome shouldn't give you any issues.

Honestly, I think we should get rid of that WYSIWYG tab in the editor, it causes more issues than it's worth. Everyone should be forced to see any shitty unnecessary tags around their text.

I can live with it, but most of the time if any tags at all are used I'll switch to source view. I think it's just a matter of a more comfortable text size.

Increase your browser's text size, then? There's usually simple keyboard shortcuts ({Cmd,Ctrl}-{-,+,0}) for it.

The bug is a known issue in MyBB that the developers have been unable to reproduce, probably because they suck or something. It has to do with the browser not supporting their worthless WYSIWYG editor. If it is at all possible to disable that piece of shit, all the better. Especially since people will be forced to use their own unnecessary tags when posting, instead of having handy font and color pickers.

I just disabled the WYSIWYG editor. It was annoying and confusing for everyone.
