I'm relatively new so sorry if this is obvious, but in certain foums that aren't locked, that I haven't even posted anything in(like the defino plaza one) I can't post a new thread. Huh

This is normal. We have a lot of limitations on new users for spam prevention. As your post count increases, these restrictions will fall away.
