CAN'T PLAY

Hiiiiiii total gamers. I have a small question ... my emulator does not run archives .iso or wbfs, offcore i purchase from the store, indeed! at a good price, but ok this happen to me, i Download the emulator DOLPHIN ! yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah!!! and the first 5 days, I run the games ecxellent, wonderfull but then something strange happened i install ultraiso, first it change the appearance of the iso's archives in my pc, second i try to open the emulator and try to run a gamecube's game .iso and it not run and a wbfs's game wii either, so i unistalled ultraiso and it canot be I can not run any game in dolphin now nooooo ultraiso have yhe fault? what i can do now format the pc? no way!!!
