Me and my friend wanted to play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles over netplay, but we discovered the game lags significantly when I run it. What's especially bizarre is that we use the exact same settings with no deviation, yet my friend runs the game perfectly whereas I experience significant lag whenever I try to run it. We've wiped the emulator and all the settings for it on my computer and reinstalled everything to no effect. Please note we have to have dual core disabled for netplay.

I'd say the hardware in your bio should be able to play the game. Lets check a couple of quick things:
Go to Windows Power Options and make sure you're running in a High Performance plan.
Then check that in the Nvidia Control Panel that you have a profile for Dolphin setup to use maximum performance.

Thanks, I've done both of those things.  Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have any effect on the performance of the game whatsoever.  Anything else I should try that you might know about?

Are you running your enhancements at native resolution with no AA/AF and still having this problem?
