I recently reinstalled Dolphin on my computer since it crashed a few days ago, and when I try to launch it, I get the message "IOS_FS: Failed to rename temporary FST file". I need help on how to fix this and be able to play Dolphin.
Can't play on Dolphin.

Have you restarted your computer since then? IIRC this can sometimes happen when crashing.

Do you have any antivirus software enabled? It can prevent Dolphin from writing correctly to its files. Also make sure no directory that Dolphin uses (/Dolphin Emulator/, /Sys/, /Dolphin x64/, etc.) is not being synced by OneDrive/Google Drive or any other cloud service, as that can also cause problems.

I disabled my antivirus but still got the message. Also, I can't find the Dolphin directory on my computer. What am I supposed to do?

IF you have a shortcut that you're launching from on your desktop, for example, you can right-click it and go to Properties, where the path to Dolphin.exe should be displayed. That leads you to where you have Dolphin.

Sorry about the late post, but I don't know what you're talking about. Can you explain about what I'm supposed to do?

I'm not totally sure, but I think if you have the Dolphin icon on your desktop and you right-click it, it'll bring up Properties. Then, after you click Properties, it'll show you the path. Then, check that its not linked to any of the places the other user listed above.
