Can't play "New Super Mario Bros." on two PS2 Pad (via USB Adapter)!

I played the game: "New Super Mario Bros" on the PS2 pad (via Adapter) via Xpadder program, but only use a PS2 pad, while I add two PS2 Pad to the computer via the Adapter. Who guides me how to play "New Super Mario Bros" that can connecte to two PS2 Pad? Realy, I want to play "New Super Mario Bros" with the two guy mushroom in the game! Help me please!
