Your GPU is too weak for builds without Direct3D9 which has been gone for a while.

Like I said , your PC doesn't have a graphic/video card) . What you're having right now is an onboard chip (Intel G33 or whatsoever) that is soldered on your mother board
Dolphin no longer support old onboard chip like that . That's why Dolphin doesn't display anything
If you want to play some games, get yourself a graphic card (GTX 750 or GTX 1050) . Otherwise , you're just wasting your time here
Even with a decent graphic card , don't expect Dolphin to run well . Both your CPU and RAM/memory are terrible

But I want to ask that why dolphin 3.0 does not show the grahics
I mean why it just remain a black screen with game menu sounds when working?
I think if cannot play Nintendo Wii games is still fine, as long as not all the games

Dolphin 3.0 used DirectX9. Your "GPU" supports DirectX9, so we've tried to start. But we failed because we required more than was guaranteed by DirectX9. This results in shader compilation errors and the black screen.

Now we use a newer API. Your GPU can't hold any requirement of this new API, so it falls back to software rendering. Dolphin works fine now, just "a bit" slow.

Dolphin requires a good CPU and a mediocre GPU. You have a mediocre CPU and no GPU at all (in terms of the new API). A few *very* light games might work fine with your CPU, but you'll always need a GPU.
Hint: A fast GPU won't speedup emulation, only having one is required. Don't try to buy an expensive one to get rid if your CPU bottleneck Wink

You're welcome. Don't worry, you haven't waste our time. Please try dolphin again when you get a new GPU, you'll see the new enhancements are worth the upgrade Big Grin

The minimum requirements are a GPU supporting Direct3D10.0 or higher.
