Can't load save state from other version

But it's the same version, I even downloaded the same one again.
Why this happen? Can I bypass this error and try to load anyway or what?

I don't know if this still happens but on the version I'm using(it's old but newer than the official),if I create a save state and then enable/disable dial core mode,I can't load it.
Are you sure you are using the same settings as when you created the save state.

It is also possible that the save state is damaged
