Can't launch Dolphin (Latest Dev Build)

Every time I try and launch Dolphin, I get this error.

Is there really a need to use Windows Insider builds? I mean, most of the time they´re unstable and only meant for testing.

That said, do you have Visual C++ 2015 and 2017 redistributable packages installed?
