Can't install new update on Wii

I am trying to get an update on the Wii emulator and it gives me an error. I am connected to the internet, my internet is just fine, the emulator is connected to the internet just fine when it asks me to preform a system update. I click on OK and it immediately says that it can't preform a system update and to configure the Wi-Fi settings in the home menu. I don't know if I am using the wrong version of the Wii system menu (v513 (4.3E))or program to download (NUSD - v1.9), but it won't work.

Try using Dolphin's built-in system updater instead. It's in the Tools menu.
