can't install Dolphin Emulator

I cant't install Dolphin Emulator the computer give me this error:{ The program can't because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstall the program to fix this problem.} Can someone show me how to fix this error so I can play game on my computer

You are missing part of DirectX. Reinstall the latest DirectX.
