Can't install dev version

Dolphin currently stores the user folder (it's where settings and saves are kept) at Internal Storage => dolphin-emu, so it won't be deleted when you uninstall the app. Later this month Edit: Starting with Dolphin 5-0-15348, however, Dolphin will target API level 30 to comply with the Play Store changes that are going to be effective starting November 1st, which means scoped storage will now be a requirement, so the user folder will then be located at Internal Storage => Android => data => org.dolphinemu.dolphinemu => files and will get deleted whenever you uninstall the app.

The exceptions are if you're on Android 10 or earlier and has an dolphin-emu folder already, or if you're on Android 11 or newer and update from an old version which still targeted API 29. In those cases, your user folder will remain at Internal Storage => dolphin-emu...
