Can't install apk on Nvidia Shield TV (2019)

Hi everyone, looking for some advice.

I have the new Nvidia Shield TV 2019 (the tube) and I cannot get any version of Dolphin to install. I've tried the latest dev version all the way back to builds from several months ago.

Once i've copied the apk over to the internal storage (SDcard) via SMB transfer, I try to install it via the android package installer. It begins then simply shows "app not installed".

Am I missing something? I've seen people reviewing this on youtube with the emulator running.

Nvidia Shield version: 8.1.0 (32.7.301.32)
Kernel: 4.9.140-tegra
Dolphin build: 5.0-11288 (and many previous builds)

AFAK, the Shield TV 2019 non-Pro Version support only 32 bit application, which is not compatible with the emulator.

And another sad story: I have the Pro Version and install successfully, but still It crashes unexpectedly when I open it.
