Question
Hello, I'm not 100% where to post this, as this is the only sub thread about Android.

I have a LG G3 rogers version, on the marshmallow OS version, and when I downloaded the android version of the dolphin just to test the emulator out, I couldn't get it installed, as it says exactly "app not installed" so I try older version, even older version than the 4.0-6676, which all say the same thing, none of it saying it's not compatible, just saying "app not installed" nothing else, is there anyone able to help me out here?

Your phone isn't compatible with Dolphin.
Android doesn't state this fact and only claims it can't be installed.

So is there like a hardware, & OS requirement page, that I need to be looking for on a phone?

64-bit OS and GLES 3 (unless you like software) minimum.

If you want normal builds of Dolphin to install at all, you need Android 5.0 or later, and a 64-bit (ARM64 or x86_64) userspace. Unfortunately, spec lists of phones almost never list whether the userspace is 64-bit or not. Many phones with a 64-bit CPU have a 32-bit userspace. (If you want to compile Dolphin on your own, you can technically make builds that run with a 32-bit userspace, but then the performance will be absolutely horrible because there won't be any JIT recompiler. I'm talking about 1 FPS or so.)

The requirements for running Dolphin well are much higher, and mainly depend on having the best CPU available and the best GPU drivers available. For the sake of simplicity, simply don't assume that Dolphin will run the majority of games well on any phone that currently exists. Certain games will run okay if you have one of the very fastest phones there is.

Even the software rasterizer requires ES 3.0 minimum because we got annoyed at supporting multiple code paths/duplicating code.
