Can't get WFC working on Brawl

Hello, So as the title says, I can't get WiFi connection working with Brawl. I'm running the latest 4.0.2 emulator, and I've followed the instructions verbatim for setting up Wifi. ( Extracting the certs and throwing them into mydocuments/dolphin emulator/Wii ) and I still can't seem to connect. All I get is a 20115 error code every time I select Nintendo WFC. I've tried searching around these forums, but all the threads end up leading back to the instructions for extracting the certs. Any suggestions?

The same issue was being discussed here. To my knowledge, a working solution has yet to be offered. I doubt Nintendo's servers are actually offline, but I don't have a Wii to verify.

Possibly worth mentioning: the cert files are doing something. Without them, I receive error 20100 instead.
