Can't get the Dolphin work by myself...

I run Dophin SVN R 3972

I mount "Freekstyle" (GameCube game)

When I push on "Play", several warning messages shows up... :

1. Error loading Plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll: can't read info
(then I click OK)

2. Can't init any PAD Plugins
(then I click OK)

3. Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration.

And nothing happens... I really wish I could play that game.
