Can't Get Sonic Colors in 4K Resolution

I don't know why Sonic Colors isn't being displayed in 4K/5K for me.

I have the resolution settings set to the highest it can go, yet the game still looks as though it's in the lowest resolution.

It's weird because it's been stated that Colors can be displayed in 4K on Dolphin.

Also, most other games in my inventory can be displayed in higher resolutions except for this one.

Turn on Scaled EFB Copy. Why did you turn that off?

Unrelated but you should probably go with x16 Anisotropic Filtering too. It's just nice.

I have no idea why that was turned off.
I must've unchecked it by accident before.
