Your responses are way too vague for anyone to provide meaningful help. When someone asks what settings or build you're using please the information in question. It should only take a few seconds/minutes to look it up.

No. That doesn't make any sense.

Please verify that both your cpu and gpu are running at their correct speeds. Check the clock rates, not the temperatures. Also check that your memory is running in triple channel mode.

everything of my hw works fine.

when i say i don't have any settings is because i tryed every possible combinations? do i have to post here every try?
the correct release i don't know what is.. but to be sure i tryed with the 4.0.2 original and have the same result.

No. Just do exactly what we tell you. When we ask for your settings just post the settings you're currently using, screenshot them.
