Is this with a dev build or a release build? What revision?

In general, that CPU is too weak to play MH Tri. This is with 1xIR, right?

It's a 30 fps game, you're using a fairly old computer at this point. It should be possible to get full speed in some areas though, considering I could with my i5 760; but Dolphin has gotten a bit more strenuous. Posting what settings your using may help us figure that out.

i don't have any "setting" now, i just tried to lower eveything to min..
even with my OC (come on, i handle every game at 60 fps in full HD... ok this is an emulator so is an order of magnitude harder to run but... can't i make the vga do more work?)

I wonder if you're overheating and downclocking. Can you post your temperatures and clock rates during gameplay after about 5-10 minutes?

Your video card is fine, the processor is the limiting factor.
