Can't Get Mario Kart Wii CT With Extracted ISO Working

So I have custom tracks I downloaded, and work fine with the ISO. However modifing them, I would like to play the game off extracted files using the main.dol. I set the paths correctly and everything fine and the game boots however the custom tracks do not appear and is instead greeted to a glitched screen.
