Are you sure that the game supports rumble? Do you have a rumble test screen that you can test it with?

Is there a list of games that support rumble? I tried Super Smash Bros Melee and Brawl. I would think two of the most popular Gc and Wii games respectively would support rumble. I tried the rumble test screen in the controller config in Dolphin and it worked there. I had it on Ramp since that was in the Dolphin main website but someone here suggested to use Constant since that is more representative of the actual gamecube controller vibration.
yes Constant would be the best choice. Rumble is not initialized by hardware its up to the game to initialize it so yeah some games would certainly not use it. I can not think of any racing game that would not. So hit a few cars

Also Dolphin seems to freeze whenever I try to close out with the mayflash adapter. I can't remember if I read that somewhere but it's a bit of a hassle to have to open task manager everytime I want to switch games. 09-17-2014, 03:43 AM
Oh that's just a poorly developed FFB driver. May Flash should have an update driver. If no luck with that you will not be able to use constant with mayflash.

Apparently my issue seems to be limited to Windows 8/8.1 . Can anyone else confirm this? It is annoying to force quit Dolphin every time.

I don't know why my edit post isn't working but I tried the adapter in Windows 7 and it is working fine so this is indeed a Windows 8.1 problem. Sigh. Anyone have any luck here?
