Can't get Dolphinbar firmware to install on Windows 10.

I honestly don't know where else to turn with this, so I figured I'd post here. I recently upgraded to Windows 10, which rendered my Azio bluetooth adapter useless, as it overwrote the Toshiba Bluetooth stack. I ordered a Dolphinbar as an alternative solution, but I can't get the firmware to install. This is the error message I get:

I've tried both of the drivers available on Mayflash's site, both of which give me this error. I read something on the subreddit about there being a possible conflict with XInput controllers, so I unplugged my Hori RAP4 and tried it again without success.
