I tried playing around with custom textures in Wind Waker, and although I seem to get some of them working a lot of them aren't. A lot of files I haven't even touched at all starts looking wierd and messed up, and a lot of the files I have changed doesn't even get used.
Therefore I think the problem isn't really in the files and rather somewhere else, but I have no idea how to get it working. Any help would be appriciated.
