Can't find plugins (Dolphin 5.0)

I can't find the plugins menu on Dolphin 5.0 interface.
If you can include a screenshot then that'd be great.

Dolphin hasn't supported plugins for a long time now. What is the reason that you're looking for a plugin menu?
