Can't find dolphin folder

I cannot find the dolphin folder where the memory card and everything else is contained. I'm trying to access the memory card so i can download a mod for a game. I've looked in documents and nothing's there. Is there a command i can use to open the folder?

problem solved i just have to click browse in mem card lmao

wait no i accidentally put the GC folder out of the dolphin folder so now i can't find the dolphin folder so i need a link to open the dolphin folder.
